The Twister Edge shell is strong, sturdy and SUPER responsive with the help of aluminum frame mounting plates (frames adjust bother laterally and front to back). They fit tight by design to capture all energy from within, but they also run a tad small. Order 1/2 size larger than shoe for performance, or 1 full size for a more casual fit (they break in so you want them snug out of the box).
