I got to McKoy this morning at 9:18am. In my younger years I hated the idea of skating in the morning. As I have grown older and parks have become more crowded I have learned to love the solitude and calm of a skatepark in the early morning. The litter of the day before strewn about, the sun glowing orange and casting a strong side light, the mom’s out for a morning stroll with their babies and the grounds keepers keeping things fresh. A fully engaging dolo experience.
