Hunt 4 The 1 Legged Pirate

Last weekend James had 1.5 pairs(3skates) stolen from the back of his truck.
We took it upon ourselves to personally track down the accused,which we have narrowed down to being a one legged pirate. Who else would use just one skate from a pair?
This is our weekend large wheeled adventure.
