Welcome to Cologne / Welcome to Grindhouse, this two statements had the most influece on my life in 2014. After I finished my school I decided to study Sports – Management and Communication in Cologne.
So I moved from the little town Borken, aka Borklyn-Zoo, to Cologne. This meant some big parts in my life changed, but how I think all of them to better conditions. Living in a big city offers you so much more possibilitys to live your life exactly like you want to. I also got the pleasure to live there together with two of my best dudes, yeeeaahh!
Meanwhile I had contact with Grindhouse and got the news that they are now sponsoring me. So I directly started to film for my Grindhouse-Welcome-File. A few clips of it are from some streetsessions with my crew MFcC! / Borklyn-crew! daamn we need to do some sessions again soon! A bigger part of the clips are from streetsessions in Cologne. Big thanks to all people who where involved, especially to the damn motivated Daniel Gourski – we will do some big stuff in the future – and the #SkateWithPassion-crew from Stuttgart for the great times haha!!
I also started to plan and manage some things like the Grindhouse: Wreck-City-Tour from which the tourvideo is comming soon! A lot of clips in my file are from this tour, but make sure you don’t miss the tourvideo, there is muuuch more big and nice stuff in it!!! On the tour I had the pleasure to get to know the whole german Grindhouse team and a looot more great and crazy people from Germany and Denmark. Biiig thanks to GRINDHOUSE for making it possible!!! ..best shop/sponsor in Germany!!! ..and also big thanks to the GH team and all people who offered us place to sleep, it was suuch a great and funny time with you, seee yaa all soon!!!
For the future I already have some more plans. One of it, is to try to organize a street-event here in Cologne. Nothing is safe till now, but I will give more informations asap!
So, in the end, the only things I have to say are, big thanks to all my people, to my best dudes out there, to the people who inspire me every day, to everybody who puts his/her love in skating and especially to my mom for all the help and possibilities she gave me in my life!!!
