What up world!!! Your Friendly Neighborhood Rollerblader here with another awesome video!!!As some of you may know, about a month ago I injured my foot and have not been able to trian. A few days before this sesh, I had my first training sesh to see if I was able to give my foot a bit of movement. It was still a bit sore but, I was able to do minor agility movements that made me really excited for the days to follow. The sesh in this video is the first REAL training sesh I’ve had coming back from the injury and I gotta say, it felt amazing haha. Take time out for your body to heal folks. This injury was exactly that for me. I hadn’t taken a break from training since day one and this was my body telling me to relax a bit hahaha.
