As most of my stock was in their warehouse and my WooCommerce was set up to work with their plugin, my store was relying heavily on Printful. The only service I didn’t use from them is the actual DTG (Direct To Garment) printing. I didn’t have much activity on the Unlabelled store but was preparing a campaign that would use Printful for the hats, beanies and delivery of clothes I print myself and send to the warehouse.They said I could retrieve the stock for free as long as I paid for the shipping, but to my surprise instead of charging 22, they charged me around 150 even after I removed my stock before the change of pricing.
