wheelscenebladingHonest Reviews: Roka 4×100 Frames
from wheelsceneblading on 18 May 2022

I’ve been skating the Roka 4x100mm frames for the past couple of months and, as a cost effective alternative to the premium Wizard Skating NR100 frames, I was impressed. The only flaws I found with them was putting the wheels in was a bit of a pain in the arse – I would recommend using a rubber mallet to bash them in there. Although it was nowhere near as difficult as trying to get wheels into a new set of Kizer Fluid V frames – those are a bloody nightmare. I also found that the frame axles (or bolts) came loose every two or three sessions, but, again, this is no big deal. The cuff bolts on my Them Skates came loose at least twice a session until I applied Loctite (twice) on them. If you are looking to get into Wizard skating but you’re put off by the high price tag, these are worth a try.
